time and New Year’s again! Each year we look back at our growth, talk about how we got to where we are
and discuss plans for our future. It is at this time, amongst others, we come together as a work
family to share time to celebrate our success together. To cut up and let loose, tell jokes about each
other and not be so serious about things in general. We like to have a little fun around here now and
again. If you are going to join our team you'll need to be aware of this. It's part of our
culture. Here's to the new year and may it be as blessed as the previous!

· With sustained growth, fabulous customers and great
employees, we have invested in our building. With over 8000 sq ft of modernized office and warehouse,
we will be centralized in NE San Antonio to serve all of our customer bases. Going live with
operations in the middle of August 2016, we will be advertising a Grand Opening in October for all of
our friends and customers to attend.

· With the addition of Rick McHugh to our
team, YATES has complemented its ever-diverse staff with one of Central Texas’s best-known names in
mechanical engineering. We are pleased to announce our new skill set as we partner with CPS/Clear
Result in our efforts to save building owners and operators significant savings on utility usage. Our

· YATES Company Hosts Our First Annual Hill Country Ride!
· After working hard all week, it
was great to hang out with great customers, friends and employees that share common interests. We had
a blast taking in the scenery of the Texas Hill Country and enjoyed some good food and drink. If you

· YATES Company outgrows its digs! We are relocating to a larger office
